DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

WB Equestrian is the passion project of Marcelo and Sally Barros. Our current facility opened in 2008 after we spent years competing on the international circuit.

Marcelo has gained over 35 years of experience in the highest level of our sport working with top trainers and riders, including George Morris, Joe Fargis, Col. Renyldo Ferreira, Nelson Pessoa, Rodrigo Pessoa, Doda Miranda Neto, Frank Madden, and many others.

Training has always been Marcelo's passion, he has developed many different programs over the years, including developing and managing the largest school program in Brazil's largest city, Sao Paulo; he also became an accomplished National level course designer, ran a successful breeding and development program for more than 15 years and has helped develop students show jumping and equitation skills for the top of their sport.

WB Equestrian has been a successful training facility for over 15 years, catering to over 75 horses at a time and attending shows with large numbers of clients. 

​

With the collaboration of WB trainer Calil Yunis, we have two trainers who truly understand top-level sport and horse development which allows us to create our current business model, which is to commit to focusing on a smaller, limited number of quality clients who are like-minded and have a focus on athletic and competition development.
