We are pleased to announce the purchase of 42 Acres in Heathrow, Florida.  Conveniently located only 3 miles from I-4 and only 10-15 minutes North of down town Orlando.

July 2005
Civil Engineering completed on the site plan.

August 2005
Meeting with Architects and Builders.

September 2005
We have selected Thomas Cunningham AIA as our Architect to design our equestrian facility and Dunbar Construction as the builder.

October 2005
The barn design is complete!  Take a look at what the future WB Equestrian Stables will be like.

November 2005
We have our preliminary renderings.

December 2005
We have our final renderings. Civil Engineering has been completed and we are now working with Brian from E=MC2 to select optimal footing material for our arenas.

January 2006
We have submitted the site plan for permit approval.

February 2006
Preparation is under way to submit the full building designs for permitting.
